Quote:As CMF pointed out this is a multi-month commitment - you're probably looking at 3-4 months of daily turns before the game starts to resolve towards a concession or victory. Everyone suffers the occasional real life interruption that prevents a turn getting played on time, but there's also the expectation that the other players would be given reasonable notice of turn delays.
I'm part of a PBEM Civ4 game which roll since 2011.

Somehow I'd say that this is a commitment...
Quote:Ioan, does "except maybe Saturday" mean that you wouldn't be playing turns on Saturdays?
Saturday usually and sometime ( like this week-end ) on Sundays.
Apart from this I'm anyway 50% of the day logged in as I'm a software freelancer.
But I said before: I'm quite new to Civ6 so I let you guys to decide all setup and house-rules.

Literally a 1-4 tile wide bridge between blobs. It took a significantly larger number of re-rolls than past experience suggested and after moving the starts I didn't have time to check the strategic resource distribution. My Tuesday/Wednesday evenings are booked every week so I'll need until Thursday or Friday to finish.
who knows, that was too long ago to remember which scripts I touched and which I didn't and this didn't occur to me until now.
