Superdeath wants to be the very best Piñata.

Probably.  Hopefully we can poke/prod NoGas with a decent stack of them.. but more than likely they do some sort of crazy bulb and hit us with 12str knights and we insta-lose.

Economy starting to recover a smidge, and next turn we can turn on tech to get currency in 4. Workboat is about 3t or so from FINALLY getting us circumnavigate, because ya know... we werent on the edge of the map lol

Rusten and Serdoa both tried to bribe me into war, uh, no. Serdoa is the only one i would hit, but thats only to take back the city that is still closer to me than him, and its not a city i really want to churn out axes for. Lewwyn and i made peace after i killed his spear/worker pair that tried to take my forest on MY island. ( also some nice payback, but that wasnt the reason for it ) Noble still has plenty of mainland to settle that isnt covered in jungle or plains, which does nothing to my love for this map.... Im settling a fish/marble/crab ( only sharing the fish ) island in about 7t or so, with a settler out of the cap and an axe out of G.

2t to go...

Im assuming NoGas is saving gold, because i shouldnt be beating GLH + circumnavigate gnp..

building a couple axes because i dont want Serdoa to peace out with Rusten and then head north + other than Bob, ive got the weakest military.

7t from dropping off axe + settler to the top right island. Next turn/eot i might have control on the gold to the west, and during my 10t peace ill likely hook it up.

4 cities ive counted the NoGas could still settle. While the spot im looking to settle is... 2 tiles closer to him, the sheer number of other spots they have available vs my 1 post-calendar/ironworking spot left.... yeah, im going to war with a galley full of axes or two vs them. I cant compete otherwise.

I seem to have a bit of a bug?

i havent done the actual math, but its showing +3 when the tooltip says +4... Is that normal? ( the game is giving me +3 from that route as i counted up the capital's commerce )

Now, onto the fun stuff. Ive got a galley with 2 chariots on board. If he has no defense on that island, or an axe.. i raze it. If its a spear i load my 2 axes i have near the city and try the following turn. If its more than that, or an archer.. im screwed. Im already not liking the map's apparent lack of spots for me to settle while everyone else has... a ton of spots apparently. I lost one, i have 1 post-iron/calendar spot... and unless i count this island im SOL. Does everyone else have more islands? Did they have less "lake" and more... LAND? Am i missing spots i should be settling? Very curious once i get full vision on the map if im just being irrational about my situation, or if i was up shit creek without a paddle from the start and should have just prepared an axe rush...

Yes, this version has a bug for PRO leaders. It's showing the wrong number in the tooltip as you already noticed. It's only a UI bug. The internal numbers as well as the numbers outside that tooltip are correct.

This bug is fixed in newer versions

I know Noble thinks im dumb, but why in the hell would i give the GLH guy open borders for free again? Especially with me having PRO trade routes for myself lol.

Also, i razed their marble/crab city at 25% odds with one chariot ( had a 2nd one ready ) Not bad. They also already hooked up the crabs so i sent the extra workboat to sit on their lighthoused crab which i think blocks them from working it? Workboats work like scouts do right? Just checking... sent them a peace offer as i can ship my settler there very quickly. Im sure they have Metal Casting, so after iron working if they dont take the peace treaty ill likely have to run to MC to get some boats in the water. If they take the peace ill grab calendar first.

Got my first GS popping, and i honestly dont know what to do with him. Save him for a bulb? ehh... Use on a golden age? Maybe? Academy? Dont really have many cottages/commerce cities for that to be super useful. Tough decision. Any questions?

Sucks about the workboat thing though, was hoping to potentially cripple a city for a couple turns. Hmm
