AI Survivor - Season Four and Five Reruns

I finished up with the alternate histories for the remaining games from Season Five:

Game Seven: https://sullla.com/Civ4/civ4survivor5-7A.html

Game Eight: https://sullla.com/Civ4/civ4survivor5-8A.html

Game Eight was particularly interesting as it turned out to have the most dominant performance by a single leader in AI Survivor history (!) Have fun reading the reports.

Thanks for spending the time on these Sullla, they really are interesting reads during morning coffees. Fun way to wake up. smile

I've been surprised by some of the other dominant performances (e.g. Boudica's earlier), but Game Eight actually makes a lot of sense. As you mentioned in the report, all the tools were there, and the neighbours were also unusually weak. I think we've woken up to that leader's strength now, especially after two championships they arguably 'should' have won.
Past Games: PB51  -  PB55  -  PB56  -  PB58 (Tarkeel's game)  - PB59  -  PB60  -  PB64  -  PB66  -  PB68 (Miguelito's game)     Current Games: None (for now...)

A thought struck me last week when reading the alternative histories, what if we had doubles AI survivor games?
Pair off the leaders randomly and see who'd come out on top.

For a long time the only way I was playing Civ4 was in team games, because it changes the gameplay SO dramatically. Some leaders I discovered are much, much stronger or weaker when part of a team. Kublai Khan was consistently terrible, and someone on this forum proposed it was because he couldn't plot war himself and he has a very low unit build number. Napoleon, when given some technology from a teching partner (i.e. me) is one of the most dominant AIs in the entire game. He has is ALL IN with his war-related-numbers, so with even a handful of technology he annihilates people. I don't have the screenshot anymore, but I had one of him capturing about ten cities in a turn or two. He would just bumrush with suicide cavs the second I declared war. He had hundreds of them, didn't care about losing them, and every available tiles was farmed and mined so he replaced them quickly.
