Just a tiny note about a GUI-Issue: The Great-General-Bar does not refresh after a battle. It looks like it is delayed by one battle. Maybe the refresh event of the bar uses the old value but not the new one.

Would it be possible to get player names under the leader portraits in the military advisor? I thought it might be available in BUG, but apparently not.

I've tested this some. Is this delayed for every battle for you? Because for me it was only delayed for the very first battle in a session?

 I looked into this. While it is not impossible, it requires redesigning a lot more of that screen. Best way would do it as a hover text similar to the other screens, but even that is harder, because the UI Code of Civ4 isn't that well developed. I put this on lower priority for the game.

I trust your test more than my screenshots+reconstruction. I just saw that the values cannot be true.

I just tested this in the 2.0 and for me it did not stack. A FIN leader with a lighthouse produced 3 commerce on a coast tile. How did you do that?

I saw it in RB59 but are also unable to reproduce it locally. Did I'm miss a changed building/wonder/etc of CtH?
