My default setting for diplo screenshots is to use ALT+F, CTRL+B and resources on.
CTRL+B is "Barren" mode, hiding your units and city details (and vision).

I think of the spots you listed out the ones I like the least are settlign on the incense and site 'C'. It seems like he marked the center dot first and tried to work around that, as both coastal spots seem weaker in his map.
I think I would also consider moving your southern west-coast X onto the plains hill. Though he undoubtably would not like your culture fighting for the incense, it's a better spot defensively.

See my greedy plan below. You'll note I switched 3rd city to the gold, deer, fish, cow city. At size 4 it will produce exactly 15fh per turn, so nice little 4 turn workers. 2nd city 1 pops a worker. I've named my first worker Jack, 2nd worker will be Sally, and third will be Billy; first letters are initials.
Yes I'm aware 4th city would not be connected and neither would copper, but that is why its called the greedy plan.

Is there a way to temporarily hide notes? Just wondering as I'm due to send screenshot to Charriu next turn and don't want to delete all my notes.

So where would you settle with SDs spot in mind.

AFAIK, there isn't one, which is why I keep the most important notes offline. Best option is probably to make a screenshot of the notes in order to recreate them after.

Bings worker movement is awkward, but 4 rd turns is um....... interesting. Better see a settle time soon. MAYBE its correct........... I'm lying, its not correct.
Charriu sent me 4 pictures instead of 1. He said he would send an overall one later.
Map looks to be ish mirrored. Different rivers and some different resources.

Pindicator?
I'm tempted to see if he would let me settle on the incense, but then NOT settle on the plains hill (that seems a bit agro even if I delay?). As stated I hadn't mentioned to either neighbor about weak opening UNTIL Charriu showed me that last picture and SD is also worried about Chariu being strong. SOOO I'm thinking I can use that to do a little bit of polite "I would like to settle here" as long as I'm not being too stupid about it.
Charriu settled a city T28 and Scooter / Ginger settled this T29.
Edit: Pin if you have a sea shanty / even a folk song you would like as 2nd city name let me know.
Edit: x2 I realized I haven't posted an updated screenshot but I already switched away, but there is another 4f seafood on that eastern spit with dry wheat.

So I think I would move your Gold X one tile north so it could share food with the capital. Caveat here is if the capital is not able to give that tile up then there's no point in sharing it. If you can't give up the corn then don't listen to this.
I would settle B since the spot SD marked invalidates the good gold spot to the east. No matter which spot you pick, the central location isn't bringing in any new resources so I would focus on defensiveness and use the lake to prevent it from being hit from the fog. Settling on A would work for that in the short term with the hill 2 tiles to its SE, but Superdeath will get that tile under his culture eventually and then you're back to having to put in a spear-heavy garrison.

Does IndieFolk count? I have always been a fan of Okkervil River

Replay Pins song then read.
Now this might not look like a ton compared to the gold spot. In fact SD took his gold even though it is SIGNIFICANTLY not as good as mine and he not even creative. So SURELY its a mistake to take this city first. This city will do something very important for me. It will produce a worker very fast. I love 6FH tiles to settle my 2nd city for. I almost always parlay that into 8fh at size 2 for a 1 pop whip worker. In this case that worker will help me get the monster of a 4th city going. Rarely is your second city going to produce a settler first, so just 1 pop whipping a first worker is usually faster even with all the floodplains here. It just helps keep the capital popping out settlers, which overall helps the snowball. I also get to steal the wheat back the turn I whip the worker for the capital to produce a T43 settler instead of T44.
I thought about your spot for 2nd city Pin. It would have been settled next turn. In addition to the above rambling I like the 3rd 1S for a couple of reasons. 1) get to improve new food immediately and 2) save a forest. I'm pretty sure* I'm building HG there. My capital I'm pretty sure I'm turning into a national epic city, but I want a pure engineer pool for long term GP planning and that seems like a good spot to work exactly 1 eng.
I did decide not to do the agro floodplain spot. Mainly due to the extra food I found for the "food port" spot. I'll want a couple of good ports on that side to get a galley and workboats out for HG push. One of the easiest ways to cheat for HG is to settle cities that don't require worker labor (IE skimp on workers and produce more settlers). Speaking of I'm PRETTY sure I'm settling on the hill vaguely 3 SE of my capital and not one north that gets 1 more food. I get to share more stuff (resources / cottages) plus plains hill. Food Port has so many good tiles it won't be working copper early and I won't settle the filler for a while.
