Well, that would have been nice.
(still no mention of my far-away horse eh???????????)
Well, i figured the odds were better than that. But still. Flawless?

I can only imagine how the lurkers must feel
So, i have a warrior sitting on top of a settler in a forest. If he goes after the capital and loses a chariot, then he has to decide if he captures the capital or takes the warrior/settler. His other option is to attack the settler/war pair and 95% likely kill them Flawlessly, and then proceed with the capital. OR the more likely scenario, he wins the 1st chariot vs capital easily/barely damaged, then captures the pair regardless.
HOWEVER, if the pair magically survives.... i have a couple options. Hail-mary and settle the copper and use the hammers to try and get an archer built b4 (hahahahahahahaha) reinforcement chariots and shit comes. OR (my favorite option) run it into the wild (probably get captured by barbs) and settle it somewhere/try and find ANYONE else. Maybe i can get Nauf/TBS to allow me to settle near them knowing i have 100% "hate" for Zulu? Lol.
Ah... how things would be different if i had settled the copper city first like i had thought about doing. But, the north city was a better snowball with its river corn + grass gold. Im just going to pat myself on the back and think "yeah, he was scared i would be an actual threat!"

In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."
