You accumulate war weariness for losses in your borders, but not wins. Too bad for India they didn't really win much of anything! lol

War weariness is reduced by your percentage tile culture of the tile that the battle was fought on. Borders do not matter. If you are always fighting on tiles where you are 100% culture, you get no war weariness whatsoever. It's safe to say that India has no WW (they only got WW on the naval battles outside borders [where they had no culture] and when our impi killed their IHOP-razer).

Ah, never knew that but it makes more sense now that I think about it.
