Yeah, a decision on the reload would be nice. I don't think it would affect Team Amigo so no objections on re-loading...just be nice to know whether we'll need to replay a turn(s). smile

Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.

Let's do the reload. I'd also suggest we plan on a Christmas pause.

I don't know your voting system for this game. At least plako objected before, and I don't think he removed his objection. Bow to majority?

Let's bow to majority but get a voting system set up if these things happen again.

Just drop a message here when you won't be able to play in time and someone will pause the game for you. Saves all of us a lot of trouble...

I'm ok with reload.

In principle I'm still against, but my resistance is just theoretic and I prefer to see this game running instead of indefinite downtime. This is prime example of how things shouldn't be handled. If you need pause/break, then ask it. If you need reload, ask it immediately. Don't let others hang for several days waiting and guessing. Also why is game running again? Someone has clearly unpaused, but not bothered to send a message here banghead. civstats has been down so keeping others informed is very important.

In general this is supposed to be casual game so losing the production from city or turn, little scouting and possibly worker turns is annoying, but not end of the world. I've already lost 1 turn of production. Because of restart I didn't remember to set production (I had presettled city). I considered asking reload against the spirit of the game so I just kept playing. Unless the mistake is really earth shattering I suggest just playing on in case of minor mistakes. If you make a big mistake, act immediately and I'll be much more symphatetic concerning reload requests.

I suggest very long timer (e.g. 100h) combined with pausing, if there are less than 6h in the timer.

Now looking at civstats I guess Ichabod (Mozarth) has played the turn of Vikings and unpaused. I guess this is more or less accepting that we continue without reload. Could Ichabod/Brick confirm? Nevertheless game should be paused until we get this sorted out.

I played the following turn too now. I'm not a real player in this game, so I guess it's better to wait for BRick to give his opinion. I'll just keep playing the turns until he gets back, be them new turns or reloaded turns.

I don't mind a reload here but I agree with Plako, in the future there needs to be a more immediate reaction so that we can prevent more people from having to replay turns. I played this turn because the outcome still seems ambiguous here but I've also paused it in case we do reload. As of now Commodore/Thoth, Plako, Bigger/Lewwyn, Azza, Pindicator, and Serdoa have not ended turn. (Well looks like Commodore just logged in). So if Brick doesn't object to the missed turn and everyone keeps playing the game may continue by default without reload. Brick, what's your vote?
