Back online again.

Make sure you guys are logging in with the correct version of the mod (RtR Mod 2.0.7.4). Maybe update your desktop shortcut for this game?

Ignore the huge list of login/outs in civstats - just trying to get the mod working on a laptop and had to unblock some of the python and xml files because windows 8 is a dick.
