I am also reading all updates from all players as they come. And since Sullla is updating more, he gets more reads from me.

You do have a golden opportunity to get more views and comments as you play the same civ - letting people see and compare the two romans. Romani ite domum.

Other clickbaiters is "opponent analysis/ranking" and "my evil future master plan"... rolleye

Agree with the rest. Sullla is the only one reporting on a turn basis. We wouldn't mind more reports by the rest for sure.

I have started to do unsspoiled following in the pbems played, but this one I wanted to ge the full picture. Sure Sulla brings in the views since he has a history of good thorough reporting, but the first civ VI deserves that all participants get payed (in low denomination viewcount, but still). Put down some thoughts on your game and Ill be reading them all.

I read all threads whenever they are updated, so +1 to the above on updates generating viewcount.

Thanks. I will try to be much more comprehensive and serious from now on.

My first settler will be done in 8 turns, maybe I am bit too overcautious but I want a 2nd warrior before I peak out towars the middle.

Sullla already established Ravenna, clearly being a bit quicker then the rest.

I will expand to the banana jungle first and try to block of Sulllla from the Mount Everest Middle if possible. 2food, 2production, 2 faith hexes.

I am seriously considering settling my Mount Everest city first, its defensive position is abysmal though.

Banana City can be most easily defended with 1 or 2 units against a lot more.

5 more turns to pounder that.

Intriguing plans! What's the significance of five more turns? You said the Settler is due in 8, right? Is there a decision you'll have to make in five that will determine which way you end up going? (Or am I missing something obvious...?)

3 turns for a warrior. maybe I am a bit overcautious, but I wanted to have a second one before I send the settler forward. That and the settler is built when hit pop 5, so I go down only to 4.

Ah, I see. I was confused because you said you'd have 5 more turns to ponder the Banana city versus the Everest city. I think I get what you meant now though; thanks for explaining!

I do find the founding site of Ravenna most peculiar.

Its position is quite defensive but so is my banana site.

Especially as Ravenna does block a second safe city in the desert, like my furs city.
