The Sheaim has had it for quite a while now. Was also the holdup last time around.
I move that:
-If no reply or no satisfactory reply as to the current state be forthcoming within next day, I move that we find a replacement player who can take over Sheaim, or select his own civ and have a map-wizard make the changes (start in Sheaim spot).
I know this will delay even more, but it's a bit symptomatic that we wait a full week on first turn. I can wait a week, but very worried about the future development - this will be a 6-10 month investment and a bit harder to swap in the middle.
If there's a good reason, sure. I can handle a week wait, but am not patient to just sit on the limb with no info why.
(This is of course if the tracker has been correct both times that it was Ryan/Tasunke's turn) I've at least not seen a single save.
