Technically you can ban the invisibility without banning Nox Noctis. The owner will have to cast Reveal with every unit he builds though.

Hello, there, i'm sorry for disappearing. My computer was struck by lightning, so i've been stuck without a computer/internet.

Bob, can you take over for me? To download the game, just go to the tracker and download whenever it's my turn. I'll post my password / turn plans for the coming turns in my lurker thread.

To the rest, i'm really sorry. I had no way of getting to a computer till now (and this computer has no civ4).

In the meantime I'm plugging Bob into the tracker on the same email as in PBEM 5. Bob, please accept the forwarding request.

From this moment on tracker will support multiple email accounts per player.
