Lol hmmm i think i didn't mention this? Ilios wanted a city site right next to my capital, and after a long time i decided to just give in since i'll be taking his cities anyway. Since the war is starting however and he hasn't planted his city yet, i'll be taking it.
Oh, I see. I thought "he" referred to Ilios and not the settler. You did mention the city site, yeah.
