who said anything about proving anything? he wants to have fun, and he has fun by winning.

And for the record, I don't hate mack or think he's a shit guy or dislike him or whatever OH thinks I think. I actually asked him to dedlurk him in this game the day before TBS PM'd me to do so, and then backed out because I thought it'd be more fun to play with TBS because he posts more (and plus he asked me, and we can naturally cover the holes in each others' schedules), and Mack oftentimes barely reports his games. And I like to post.
I also don't think Mack's a horrible human being for suggesting his repick stuff, I think he was just trying to game the system to get a pick he wants better. If the setup process for this game hadn't already lasted almost 2 months I wouldn't even care. In fact, I don't even care if he wants to pick whatever leader he wants. He wants Augustus? Fine. If he wants Julius? 2metra gets first dibs, but whatever.
I think what I need is a way to post to this site through an interface that's sorta like AI Diplo or something. Instead of going nuts from feeling like eggshells have been placed under my bare feet as I walk through the halls of Realms Beyond, I could instead just post Demand For: Iron or Offer: Iron for Iron over and over and over and over again, and not only would people be less traumatized by my posts, but I'd be less stressed out as well.
Oh wait, people on this site hate AI Diplo all of a sudden for some reason, nevermind!
Sorry for ruining your game TBS.

Yo, Joey, I'm fed up with playing PB 27, so could you post some more in the tech thread so that game ends too?
I don't think this game is over, by the way. The drama was very minor, pretty subpar.
And, by the way, it's Mack, man. He can "have fun" even with Sid from the Barbs.

It looks like you're the voice of reason as well as blood Ceil.
Happy to let people take seconds but I doubt we see anyone take your proposal if it's completely random.

Also, the title now makes me think of two kangaroos on an assembly line heading towards a massive blender for some reason.

Ichabod: I kind of, don't care anymore. Play your turns if you want, don't play them if you don't.
TBS, Ceil: I red-checked the tech thread so I can't even read it. I'll post in here if TBS isn't around and we need a pause; when TBS goes on a trip in, IIRC, May, I will temporarily un-red-check that thread.
Ceil: When you post our starting shot, can you also let us know the world size? (i.e. is it Standard or Large) Also, thanks for resolving things as amicably as possible.
TBS: I'm going to take a few days off from this subforum; I'll PM you a set of starting sims (one per combo) when Ceil posts our start. Or, if you get to it first, feel free to do it yourself, no need to wait on me.
El Grillo: I actually thought the same thing...

Play against Mack with Pro Inca? That does sound like a Kangaroo Court punishment.
