Commodore is a ninja. I was trying to figure out what the mission was, but it doesn't look like they're running counter espionage against us yet, unless I missed it in the event log.

MackSeven birthed a GS in Mind's Desire, so our spy likely got a good look at him. He should have daggered him. Oh, this isn't Assassin's Creed...

Espionage Panel, we have 237 EPs invested in team Hunter Gatherer at the moment. The only tech we can steal this turn is Meditation. No thanks. I assume once we have more EPs invested we'll be able to take something better. I haven't played with the espionage system very much, I'll admit that.



Commodore has our successful "diplomat" headed back toward the front for more action.


Our spy entering Parkin's territory will do some good exploration work while doing whatever devious mission Commodore has in mind. It is Mao's fervent hope that many Nyaan peasants are killed in whatever eventuates. For now, I'll just have to tip my hat at the unit naming scheme. While it's hard to hate on the Lonely Island, we can still mean mug in the general direction of the game leader/co-leader/whatever. Also, I wonder if part of Parkin's winning strategy is to not tech Archery or HBR like in PB4? Anyone got a massive stack of axes and catapults you're not using? No?

I find it amusing that it seems spending all your gpt on EP's and stealing techs seems to be more efficient for you right now than spending them on bulbs.

Oh I don't know whether it's more efficient or not, this is Commodore's plan underway. Maybe he could answer that question. It may cause the HGs some indigestion when they lose our graphs, but that's a side benefit I guess.

I find your signature amusing, considering the broad and extensive discussion of dice throwing that was supposed to happen in this thread. Alas, I haven't been in a real casino since I opened this thread and the craps strategies and analysis has withered to nothingness. But is it ironic that our primary enemy is... Seven! ?

Nope, never played AC. I was probably busy playing Civ II, never mind the fact that I didn't hear about AC until waaaay after it was released.

alpha centauri owned Civ 2, AND civ 3. I was so spoiled by it I couldn't get into Civ 3. my favorite game ever, until civ 4 came out

Not a lot to report, actually, they killed the spy in Mind's Desire. I almost wonder if turning the EPs to LP would be more efficient. Also, considered and dismissed mad scheme to take "I'm on a boat", just too much force needed drawn from the SMack front. Bleh. He's sitting pretty over there, in his swim trunks, and his flippy-floppies, he's flippin' burgers while we at Kinko's flippin' copies.
