It's easy to say that about TBS's move seeing xenu's perspective and therefore knowing that xenu's capital is just two galley moves away from the city. From TBS's perspective that city is clearly in his territory and it's one of only a few places he's capable of settling.

Now I'm particularly glad I never revealed anything about Barry since I wouldn't even have revealed it correctly. I had looked early on and saw that Barry shared an IP address with Bob. But it never occurred to me that the persona was a team effort with a whole passel of disturbed minds, and I never looked again for more IP sharing. At any rate, I'm glad that silliness is over now.

Turn 100

The centenary turn of the game - and what a turn it's been! I'll split this report into two parts, the first dealing with the events and the second looking at the general state of the world.

Events

Krill and novice finish the Pyramids.

There were a few other players attempting to build the Pyramids... though I think the badge for "least ambitious attempt" goes firmly to Molach.

wetbandit must be close to the record for razed cities so far, with two lost to Q and now one lost to BGN.

dtay lost a city to pindicator, though we didn't have visibility on the city tile so we didn't get an event popup.

The winner of this battle between Mardoc and Azza depends on the turn order. Promo-healed Axe beats Spear, but Chariot beats Axe. Which will it be?

Mardoc had better whip down south or he might be in trouble with a barb Axe...

Dhalpir either does not realise or does not care about the irony of sending an undefended Settler to the spot which was so recently razed by BGN.

Finharry got a minor event giving them a little food in a new city.

To the second part of the report, as promised.

State of the World

In terms of score, dtay and BGN have been leading the pack for some time. Everyone else is packed together fairly closely - though OxyBaII, Finharry, GermanJojo, The Black Sword and plako are starting to pull away a little. Barry and Jowy are hanging out at the bottom along with the lurker civ.

GNP is unfortunately difficult to read due to the espionage from the lurker civ skewing things. However, it's safe to say that BGN is leading the curve here. Hard to tell after that, but it looks like plako and GermanJojo have been doing well recently, along with possibly xenu (?).

In terms of production OxyBaII leads the curve, closely followed by dtay and Finharry. The largest civs are doing well here, unsurprisingly.

Looking to crop yield, dtay leads the pack with Finharry and OxyBaII close at his heels. Krovice takes fourth place. Honorable mention to BGN who until recently was following the top three closely.

Whosit is the current most powerful nation in the world, closely followed by Molach. AutomatedTeller takes the bronze. Notice that none of these three are likely to be first place contenders.

OxyBaII and BGN lead the culture table with their sprawling Creative civs, closely followed by Ruff with Stonehenge.

The espionage graph isn't a bug, all the other civs are contained in that line of static along the bottom.

OxyBaII currently has the highest total population, while Krovice control the largest land area. Not that there's any chance of this game ending in a domination victory.

Against the odds, all 34 civs have survived to this point in the game... though several are most definitely on their way out.
