Bad news, that's where it is. 
So yours works in SP but crashes in MP?
Slowcheetah's advice worked for me. I had it in "My Games" too and it worked in SP just fine.
But I moved it to "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization iv beyond the sword\Beyond the Sword\Mods" and it works in MP. I deleted the mod from "My Games" - I'm not sure if that's necessary.

What if the download for RBmod had an install.txt saying: Quote:Extract this folder to

Erm, looks like my leader is set to Survayaman rather than Ramesses (based on the picture at the start). I've left everything as is at the moment (no password) in case that affects changing him round. I'd really rather not play Sury for the third time in a row :P

Oh hell so close to not having a major issue.  Sorry everybody.
I'll fix that and resend the file to sunrise, looks like we'll have to replay the first turn. Anyone that has popped a hut, I'll go ahead and remove the hut and give you your result for it.
Also, any moves that gave you information the first time need to be repeated the second time around, no using a reload to get yourself additional information you shouldn't have at this point, etc.

Good idea to check things out. Also in future games it is good idea to move huts so that no one can pop them 1st turn.
