I got Light (+1 move, -20% str) + heroic strength I + resist lightning on a ratha, which is overall quite nice, and a Savant picked up some useless but at least non-harmful stuff.

That would be it. Chaos mana gives a low (3%?) chance per source of mutating any built units. (not sure if it applies to drafted units or not)
