Only 4 cities, can't afford to have them building spies all the time to replace those that get caught waiting for stationary discount bonus. In the perfect world I'd wait, but as it is I can't afford the luxury.

Yes we did, Mist started off a spy economy that's been going nicely, and we accumulated enough EPs to steal it this turn. Next on the "research" line is Engineering.

So turn timer is running down and I log in to play the save. Krill has made contact and offers a world map and open borders exchange. As well as giving us: horse, clam, banana, rice, wheat, sugar, ivory, fish, and cow for nothing further in return.

Yay pity of the Krill?
