I have finally got the save for this turn after some confusion with the tracker, which delayed Cull's TT's and Kyans turns considerably, unfortunately Cull has moved one of the spearman back into the capital preventing me from taking it this turn with my HA, so I skipped turn on my HA's to allow my stack to move onto the tile where the HA is, meaning I am now 2 turns from taking the capital.

I have been in discussions with Kyan about the entire land race, and we have agreed on a land split for culls land, part of the agreement means that Kyan will not try and beat me to the capital, which he could conceiveably take earlier in the same turn I could attack it on (as he goes before me in the turn order) but I agreed to assist him on taking culls other city, which has now been renamed as "kyanrushcapita", curious.

From what I understand the other city is defended by 5 units (4 axemen and 1 warrior) and therefore it looks like his HA's would suffer massive losses if he tried to take the city alone, he has requested assistance from my catapults as part of the agreement.

I had a difficult decision to make this turn as Cull's time with the game came to an end. Having defeated his capital, I had the option of keeping it in a position which I was not entirely happy with, or raising it to the ground and building one a tile SE of the original site to make room for a city to the NW that will allow use of resources in that area, which otherwise are impossible to use due to the minimum distance between cities.

My choice was made harder by the fact that the academy and market survived the attack. But in the end, although it will give me less advantage in the short term, I decided to raise the city and build two new ones, I have 1 settler finished this turn and about 5 turns from reaching the area, and 2 more settlers started this turn, I will build 3 cities in my newly claimed territory at the NW corner of the map, claiming all the resources cull had failed to claim.

PS: when you read this Cull I just want to say, no hard feelings and well played throughout on your part, I really enjoyed the game to this point and hope you understand it was nothing personal, I just needed to expand and due to my excellent relations with seifer had to expand in your direction.
