( SPOILERS ) Superdeath Makes 45 Great Again.

I don't feel that I'm all that expert an opinion, since I havent played MP in several years until recently.

Personally, I think unforced errors are part of the game. Kind of blows, but that happens.

But, like I said, I don't feel like I'm definitive.

Ill wait for one more response then. If nothing before Magic potentially plays, ill live with my error.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. [Image: noidea.gif] In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

I feel like a rubric would be; would you have asked for a reload if you'd won?
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

reload a god like <0.1% battle win? No. Would you reload an accidental warrior vs modern armor kill? But id argue that is kinda besides the point. If it was say 5% or something to kill the hill defender, and 10% to kill the flatland one, and i killed the hill.. id ask for a reload. Because it would be against my plan. Ill await a lurker answer. ( or if MScience plays )

At this point, does it matter? Nope. But it would no doubt make rusten and naufragar just happy as all hell to see me "waste" an axe on a useless attack vs a potentially ( because my combat rolls <3 ) useless one. Id rather they didnt get a ton more enjoyment out of this than they already have.

It's frustrating, because ideally we'd like players not to suffer for an interface miscue - but reloading combat against another player has to require extraordinary circumstances. I know you wouldn't intentionally make ultra-low-odds attacks just to roll the dice for the win and reload if you lose (even if you were sure you could get the reload) and I think people who would request a reload for a miraculous <1% misclick win are very rare, if any exist - but the latter is part of the reason reloads that depend even on nearly-certain combat odds should almost never be granted: It's hard to argue that it can ever be acceptable for a reload-for-a-misclick in combat against another player to depend on the RNG results of that combat, no matter how slim the chances of a given result might be. It looks to me like just an unfortunate combat misclick, and a case of "When in doubt, play on."

From past precedent it feels like it's too small a mistake and too much your fault to get a reload.

Sorry. alright

Its all good. Maybe my dice rolls will avenge my stupidity.

This makes up for it somewhat.  I moved my main stack of HA's away from sight so that when he captures ( because he will... come on ) the capital he wont have vision now on my stack. Just one injured 16/17 HA. Im hoping he loses enough that i can retake the capital. But im also having to deal with this god damn galley

Horse archers finally get some odds worth a shit.

But of course, there is always a runt of the litter-

No damage, withdrawal vs an axe in a city. Thanks RNG! Might as well of not even attacked with it. ffs.

Hoping for good rolls on the defense, but ill probably lose that entire stack of HA's instead. I have a GG that id LOVE to sprinkle on them for a highly promoted hitsquad.
