Yup, everything in regards to the movements is pretty obvious for next turn. And that location for a future city is kind of pretty obvious too. Maybe city #4 if we're lucky, though may have to be city #5. Will all depend on where we find Horse & Copper.
I think that area might be safely backline (though there might be another player to the east of that location). I think the main question would be how much we want to push for stone.

It's not just a stone. The city has above all the three happy resources. All of them doubled by markets. So I can say it's about +6 happy cap. The stone is just icing on the cake
PS: Has anyone noticed that we have already all the happy resources doubled by markets (Fur, Ivory, Silk, Whale)? It's +8, and +9 with the Wine

I think he should. It's just two tails to the NW and I don't believe any of the teams sent a warrior to scout. So we shouldn't fear to much about marauding warriors.
