Pre-emptively declared last turn to remove his Scouts, but it's hardly changed the likely outcome, which = a stomping of me since Rifles > Muskets.

Not a lot I can do unfortunately, but I'll try to pick my fights, slow his advance, etc.

Asked mak for a loan which could either go to upgrading Caravels to Frigates, or a burn towards MilSci for Grens.

The most surprising thing about the past few turns has been that TBS agreed to lend me Iron. I was afraid that was going to mean we were going to stay at Peace and I was going to have to wait for scooter to land troops on the Southern island (which he had so far declined to do), but then TBS declared last turn and landed a pile of junk(*) + Cannons.

* Junk = not the Rifles that scooter is mopping me up with.

Mainland holdings are being whittled down and I'm packing the Capital with Muskets & Cats; I shuffled my units around on the island to ensure that TBS could only take a single city last turn (due to Cannon/non-Cannon ratios), but that won't last long. I /think/ Tsargon will be eliminated before me, but it'll be a close thing.
