RBP3 IT Office - Email and technical issues

I know we had 2-3 players who wanted to sign up for this game but didn't find out about it until too late and stayed unspoiled. Does anyone remember who they were or where they posted? If needed I'll sort through the planning thread and IT office, but it's a few hundred posts

Off the top of my head I can remember Yaz and Timmy. I know there were others as well.

Does anyone know if Exploit emailed his password to anyone? If not, I guess we can use the admin password to gain access. Does using the admin password then allow a new password to be set?

Yaz, to be fair, I feel compelled to point out that you're very likely not to live more than 5 turns. Tops. I'd hate for you to waste your sub chance on that without knowing that going in.

I mean, if you still want to do it that's awesome of you, but I thought it only fair to point this out.

Yeah I've heard things look ugly but oh well. Maybe in 60 turns after I'm gone people really won't consider me spoiled anymore anyways.

*edit* As to password, yes I think logging in with the admin password allows resetting of the civ's pass. I don't guarantee it though.

And in this particular case, since there's no spoiler thread to look over, I don't think it'll take that long for you to become de-spoiled, assuming that Sumeria's days are truly numbered.

What would be a good way for teams to contact you, since I doubt Exploit is going to be turning over his Sumeria account? That's for general purposes; England is not a civ that you'd need to talk to in the next couple of turns.

Well I'm not sure how long Yaz will be around for - I hope it isn't very long, but Bob said earlier Exploit is in no danger of being knocked out.

I may have been slightly exaggerating things so that exploit's turns wouldn't get skipped or turned over to an AI in the rush to move the game forward

Considering there is no spoiler thread and he probably won't get access to the email (at least I assume...), the spoilers could be minimal depending on how long he lasts.

Even if he does last longer and becomes too spoiled, do we really have another choice? Someone has to play it...
