Rome missed T117. We should check in ~12 hours and pause if they haven't logged in or said something by then, as under the rules it's the 2nd missed turn that triggers an automatic pause.

There should be about 7-9hrs on the clock when I intend to go to bed. If Rome have not logged in by then, I'll pause the game unless there are any objections.
