Hi guys, I have no idea who or how the rules have been broken.
From my perspective we can play on.
Sullla, money is always good to have if you feel the need to compensate us.
I can remember a certain time you asked the same of us....

Game seems to be down or at least civstats thinks so. I haven't tried to log in to check.

Jabah pointed out on the 29th that India had broken the rules. It sets a very bad example that if you can get a way with breaking the rules for a few turns, you won't get punished for it. That is not acceptable, anywhere, especially after you gained a large advantage from breaking the rules.
So reload the turn. That is none negotiable

Please explain how us allowing Dantski to kill one 1.something unit constitutes a major advantage?
Way back when, we asked you to give a neutral ruling on a heated situation. None of us intended for you to become the all-powerful lord of Pitboss 2, telling people what they can and can't post about, and trying to own the game. I suggest you back the fuck off and stop trying to ruin our game. We are not reloading and forcing everyone to remember exactly how they moved hundreds of units, all because you feel the need to prove how powerful you are because we asked you to help out with the game.

It does seem like a mistake from the Indian team, which could give a non-trivial advantage to them. However, since
(a) so many units have been moved afterwards
(b) the mistake only came to light because it was caught from the only team to give exhaustive turn reports
© the opponent doesn't care
(d) most people feel the game is over anyway
Then you guys should just keep going IMO.

If Nakor doesn't care that he was double moved, i don't see why an arbiter or anyone else should.
Ok, fair enough if Nakor kicked up a fuss then it's different.
Even then, looking at this particular case, India accidently (and let's not even pretend it was anything else cos this is purely a simple mistake) broke the war rules. If we reloaded, there are perfectly legal ways of achieving the exact same effect?
So what's the point of a reload? all that happens is Speaker replays the turn using the legal but equally effective method and both parties gain some foresight into the opponents plans for the next couple of moves. I think a reload would be more harmful than good.

I'll be away for the day (like I was yesterday).
As I said before, from my perspective we can play on.
Just see this as a learning case. If we have rules, we should use them.
But we've also played for a long time with each other and I think we can trust each other to not break the rules again.
Speaker and Sullla, I do feel that you are using very harsh words against Krill. He is only doing what we all asked him to do to the best of his abilities. I really don't think that is the right tone of voice in this community.

I also agree on that except for
© : HRE doesn't care because -> that is mainly because they don't fully realise what were the consequences of that move [and possibly India as well since they insists on minimizing the effects]
It is unfortunately impossible to give all the details that are in the spoiler thread, but I beg everyone involved to read it after the game.
Note that I am not saying the rule is fair or intuitive, but you voted for it (or at least accepted it). [and Krill last explaination relative to timezone fairness make it far more acceptable that initially thought]
