King of Pain created the PBEM3 thread within 24HRs of my asking for it.

I have attached a new worldbuilder save. Everything should be fixed. Be sure to verify starting tech, units and location matches the first save! The Archduke is up first...

Two questions:
1) I'm still wondering about Gibbon Goetia's 'Impersonate Leader' ability. Does it work in MP? Are we allowing it?
2) Erm. Starting settler bonus doesn't apply in PBEM? cry
