I am sorry but I will have to sit on the save for a little while longer then expected. Probably won't be able to play it before later this evening or tomorrow morning.

No worries. Real life will inevitably intervene every now and then. 
Speaking of which..
Starting from this Saturday, I'm looking for someone who can play my turns until the 30th of July. This game is still in its opening turns, so there's not a whole lot to do, and I'll write a detailed set of instructions in my spoiler thread to follow. It doesn't really matter if you're spoiled, all that's needed is to play the turns, write a quick update, and maybe post a screenshot if the situation warrants it.. I'm not expecting reader's digest-length reports or anything like that.
My official timeslot is during the mornings (GMT), but so far the turns have been passed on in the evening so it's pretty flexible. I'll be able to jump on the forums now and then to respond to whatever might happen in the game.

I just played. I will be travelling home over today and tomorrow. I will have internet access where I am staying tonight, but if the turn doesn't get back to me (in about 14 hours), i won't be able to play until late Sunday night (38 hours).

The save has passed back to me, but with no Civ access for the next week or so and no volentueers to play in my absence, there's not much I can do with it for now.

I can play, but as my mornings are pretty rushed I'll only be able to, at most, post pictures, and not do a full turn report.
