I guess Dreylin's EP bomb of athlete means any thoughts Athlete had of waging a successful sneak attack on Dreylin have gone out the window...

Yup. I find myself rooting for the Dreylin/Ruff axis for some reason, has anyone else "chosen" a side?

I'm kinda rooting for Ruff. He has the most to do, being stuck between the two most powerful players in the game. Dreylin, I'm just waiting for him to drop the hammer in the west.

I think I root more for Dreylin / Ruff mostly because they make the most frequent (best?) updates.

Yeah, I'm in the Dreylin/Ruff camp as well. Couldn't quite put my finger on why but I guess it's because, as Rego says, they update more frequently so it's easier to see the game from their perspective.

Are any of us not in the Dreylin/Ruff camp? I feel that they have a much better plan of what they should be doing. MH and athlete are just floundering around, and I'm not sure if sooooo has any long-term plans, either. Sooooo needs to force them to not Lib steel (especially if he can finish the Taj before they get Nationalism)...

I'm rooting for sooo because...
1. He's English
2. He's the one with the power and initiative to make this game interesting.
3. Without him this game is a foregone conclusion

That's true, Dantski: It will be over if sooooo crumbles. However, Steel's about to show up. I'm not sure that Sooooo will have a good counter when war comes (Knights don't flank cannons, and nothing else has the same strength as cannons until grens or Cuirassiers).

Alot depends on how quickly Ruff could take apart sooooos' main cities (say, old cap, new cap, city west of old cap and the other 2 southern cities) compared to Dreylin taking out m-h. Athlete might survive simply because Dreylin doesn't have time to kill him.
