Wait a second though, we have everyone sorted by timezone yes, but does this resolve turn order when we don't have listed actual times we're available to play? It would make sense I would think to post those times and then put together the turn order, to make sure everyone knows their relative time slot.
My playtime window will be 1AM - 6AM GMT

Someone going to make a lurker thread? I'd post it, but I doubt many players would appreciate my choice of thread title.

I quite approve of the title Krill.  I know I'm green and inexperienced, and probably will incur my fair share of laughs in the lurker thread. Ha, if I wasn't able to laugh at myself and learn from all of this anyways there would be no point in playing the game.

Okay, we have all of the email addresses, next question is how do we set up the PBEM tracker that I've seen other games use that tracks who has the save and for how long?

Just for your information, I know TheMusicMan in real life. I'm mentioning it to you chaps because it was brought up in lurker thread and I thought it fair to let you know. However, due to the nature of this being a greens game, I will not be helping him in any shape or form.
If he cannot play a turn for any reason, I might have to cover him but if this happens, i'll follow his explicit instructions (even if I know them to be sup-optimal). I cannot foresee an occasion where this would happen but life is an unpredictable beast.

Well I appreciate that thought Kyan, but if you would like to help him I see no problem with it, especially considering my situation. I don't think we've had any bans or issues with more experienced players helping out any of the greens here, and I already do on my account. One of the main reasons I'm on here and posting is that I know Commodore in real life, and he's going to be offering me some advice as I play this game, but I'm definitely going to be playing all the turns and making all of the final decisions. So if you want to at least be giving advice and talking with MusicMan as he plays, I see no problem with that at all, since I'm going to be operating in a rather similar way myself.
Of course I might be dooming myself by stacking the odds against me a bit more, but I'd rather be fair considering how I'm approaching this game anyways.
