Some of the PB22 threads have pretty good descriptions of the new traits and civs. Look for the good reporters like Commodore.

There are basically 3 changes, they are all XML and I can post the mod tomorrow. I'd do it today but I'm not at home.
The changes are thus:
Quote:Civics: Emancipation: Available at Banking. Low cost. +1 commerce from cottage, hamlet, village. +2 commerce from mines, +1 hammer from farms.
Free Speech: Available at Liberalism. Medium cost. +1 commerce from villages, +3 commerce from towns, +67% tile improvement growth rate
Trait: Creative: +1 culture per city. +100% production of Library, Theatre, Colosseum, Observatory.
If you don't mind doing this, I'd appreciate a bit of feed back on CRE with the cheap library.

I suppose you mean Free Speech is available at liberalism ? The changes look good and the new Cre was particularly needed.

Yes on Free Speech. That's what I get for not paying attention.
I'm not 100% convinced on CRE because, being blunt, I think most people don't understand how to use it properly and rely on it as a crutch. Instead it's a method to ensure that late game cities have more tiles to use and are more productive: you get to spend fewer resources on settlers and space cities wider. The downside is that not sharing tiles puts greater strain on worker MM and slows cities immediately after they are settled as the new cities wait on having new tiles improved. +2 culture per city delays that wait on improving outer BFC tiles; +1cpt starts making that ideal, wider spacing dot map much more costly. But what I am sure of is that the above CRE is too strong for RtR because cheap libs are amazing and obnoxious. But hey, if you guys are willing to try it out then cool.

Please do note that my sign up was only tentative and I am currently thinking that I should give this a miss as much as I feel I would enjoy it. The main reason for this is that I am already in two games and, whilst they command minimal time investment currently, I am aware that commitment will only grow and I do not wish to neglect either my turn playing or reporting duties in either. That's not how winning gets done!
