[Spoilers] Adrien and Mardoc relax and play civ

Pterodactyl was founded this turn, and we met Dreylin who seems friendly (and far away).

You can log in to look at his continent if you want. Also Jowy pillaged the road between the cap and stegosaurus, which does nothing because the river is very well placed : we'll still receive copper next turn in the northern half of the empire. I'm afraid that he'll go after the southern half though, it's not as well defended as the northern half.

So yeah the south is dead, and we'll be reduced to archers and chariots soon. Maybe HBR after construction (if we ever get there) ?

We can always request Fenn's copper, no?

Can we counterattack Triceratops while Jowy's stack is too far west to get in our way?

I last checked a few turns ago and he only had one. But maybe he'd accept IDK;

I think it's risky, we'd be leaving the cap open. Do you want to log in to check ? Maybe you'll see an opening I didn't find.

Well, of course it's risky. The question is - more or less risky than letting Jowy have everything his own way?

I think the best way to keep the cap is to bring along workers to put down roads that would let us retreat fast.

And yeah, I can see that Fenn might be reluctant to give us copper, but he'd probably want us to stay expensive vs. Jowy, anyway. Can't hurt to ask.

Oh, I forgot that he doesn't have to move any further west. That probably takes out the Triceratops idea. Still going to request copper from Dreylin and probably Fenn.

Ok, Dreylin is at war with us to move his workboat through. But Fenn now has three copper hooked, so I asked him for one.

So we lost Stegosaur, and will lose raptor next turn. Our stack is useless and the two new northwestern cities are barely defended. Fenn reoffered copper so it's not all black.

I'm not sure how available you are but playing the turns is becoming pretty depressing these days so perhaps you could play the next three or four ? What's even more annoying is that usually everyone has played their turn after 12h but Jowy can only play once a day so we have to wait for him every time. It's not his fault but it would help if the game was more dynamic.

Expecting someone to play 2 war turns per day is pushing it tbh.

I can play turns from now to Thursday morning, however many that is. Then Friday onward I can probably manage some too.

Agreed that it's depressing. Some of this is our own mistakes (particularly copper), some of this is that Agg Vultures are freaking good, especially when they're on hills all the time.
