I posted in the U.N. thread a suggestion to just let someone delete the warriors and let me take the city. It's a sacrifice on my part because I wont be getting that great general, but i dont see much choice.

What gets me is that Cull played his turns reliably even when there was nothing to do but hit 'end turn'. The war has been ongoing for 30 turns, and now in the final days... he quits?

Cull hasn't been on RB since December 10, and now Ad Hoc and Pegasus have been 3 days without replying to consent to kick Sumeria to AI.

In the meantime, I've been simming the next 5-10 turns. Currency is worth 16gpt in trade routes alone, and I can use the last of my pillage gold to grab it fast:



Catwalk is also going to hit currency (around t69) and will see a big gnp jump too, but Ad Hoc and Pegasus will struggle to keep up. It is obvious now that I could have gone Currency->CodeOfLaws and saved 25 beakers, but even there I see a silver lining: Code first lets me get the cheaper courthouses done before the markets clog up my queue.

Now we just need to get the turn moving again!
