Until T150 or the attacker gets Rifling, whichever is earlier? Null and void in case I attack? (or would you prefer me to commit to not attacking as well?)

I would prefer that Yuris is not bound to the NAP, and agree that if Yuri attacks anyone the NAP is broken for everyone. Agree with T150 and Rifling.
