WW38: The Story of the Stories

Ichabod was the Nr 34 vote on Gazglum and really made the followup by fenn and the lynch possible.

I don't give him a totally free pass but wanting to lynch him today is wrong on all accounts. As a matter of fact the only Gazglum-voter I would remotely consider as possible lynch today is Meiz who might have been the scum getting caught in the torrent and not able to leave in time.

Definitely agreed with Rowain that lynching a Gaz-voter today is a bad call.

Zakalwe why? did you knave?

Why deny his wish

And can work with it

He could have other tricks
Mutually exclusive

Then zak volunteers. Why?
Jowy accepts.
(and I ask Jowy to not give it to zak so zak can defend and play scumhunting on d2)
Jowy still affects zak

This might play into

On the second night
Jowy won't do anything

Active or passive?

As in, do you target someone to block them the following night, or does anyone targetting you lose their ability for a day?

We can at least focus the randomness towards people who have demonstrated a lack of interest in the general progress of the game with egregious lurking. Better than going full random and hitting someone who'd help substantially in later deduction

He's given a reason for not engaging D1 that I don't actually disagree with; you do get information from who the scum choose to kill N1, and with role madness there are other possible vectors to gain solid data overnight.

Mattimeo, you never answered Zak's question about these seemingly contradictory statements.
I'm honestly not seeing how either you or zak is casting them as contradictory.

Krill was stating D1 to be completely random; I countered with it's better to lynch those who are demonstrating a lack of interest in the game as a whole.
Stating "I will show up tomorrow and contribute then, because D1 is junk" is really, really not demonstrating a lack of interest in the game as a whole, given, you know, the fact that D1 is generally mostly junk. Junk that we can refer back to in the future, sure, but how often do we refer back to anything more than voting patterns, once we're well into the game proper?

On the other hand, he hasn't shown up yet today, which does cast some doubt on his claim of actual participation in the future. So, Krill.

You first wanted to
Preserve the active players
He did not comply

He made a joke vote
And kept it there all day long
And then you approved
If you know what I mean.

Active night action
I did not need to bait him
Into picking me

Oh so you attract their ability on one night and then they can't use it anymore ?

You misunderstand
He could target someone else
It's independent

I wound my target
Which renders him immobile
The following night

I have one more thing
That becomes available
If times are dire

Advice from Mycroft
If we lynch an innocent
Three times in a row
If you know what I mean.
