Let me know if I should take this to the mod thread (it just seems to be not very active now) but I downloaded the current mod you linked, unzipped, put it in my BtS installation mod folder, loaded it, but it still doesn't seem to be behaving properly.

Checked the "About this build" and it looks like it recognizes the mod is loaded:

So I am pretty confused. I have Civ IV installed on an external drive, but I don't think that could be an issue since I've downloaded and run other mods. A lot of people seem to want to use the mod for this PBEM, and I'd be happy to do that, I just need to make sure I can actually use the mod.

when you are in the main menu, what does it say in the top left of hte screen?

What is the actual expected behaviour that's missing? +2 happy from CHA? Save / screenshot? Check the settings page for the game in question to make sure it's using the mod.

There is nothing in the top left of the screen, but in the top right it says "RB Mod 2.0.3.5".

As for expected behavior: No +2 happy from CHA or +35% worker production for EXP.

Krill probably meant "what does it say 9 of the center of the screen?".

yeah...there ids a good reason I use number pad directions and not left/right.

Yeah, that's actually the mod loaded correctly.

I've been trying to test it in Single Custom games. Does the mod only work in certain game modes?
