Both Suboptimal and Ichabod still wants to continue, just wait till both are wiped out off map with nukes (or maybe we even get see Giant Death Robots in action), afterwards Williams can decide to concede or not.

I've been following Canada for a while and this game has been glorious. If anything exemplifies the RB spirit, it's CMF and williams in this game.
