[PB69] Lurking the dreams of summer

Pin would lose a grass hill plant and a plains cow but probably end up with inner ring grass cow.

Meh.

Pin would also have a proper military escort, so might win the site by force.

T50
Once again we are at the T50 mark. So let's dive into the report. As always all the data can be found here: PB69 Tracking

Since this PB is running CtH 3.0, we got some new data points. By now I've explained all data points here: data points explanation

General state of the game
Score
  1. naufragar = 164
  2. Commodore = 147
  3. Magic Science = 142
  4. BING = 134
  5. Ginger = 134
  6. Gavagai = 130
  7. Superdeath = 128
  8. pindicator = 119
City count
  1. pindicator = 3
  2. Ginger (IMP) = 3
  3. Commodore = 3
  4. naufragar = 2
  5. Magic Science = 2
  6. BING (IMP) = 2
  7. Gavagai = 2
  8. Superdeath = 2
Population
  1. Commodore = 7
  2. naufragar = 6
  3. Magic Science = 6
  4. pindicator = 5
  5. Ginger (IMP) = 5
  6. BING (IMP) = 5
  7. Gavagai = 5
  8. Superdeath = 4
Wonders
  • T42 Stonehenge (naufragar)
Current turn Gold at 100%
  1. Gavagai = 25
  2. Commodore (PRO) = 22
  3. pindicator (FIN) = 19
  4. BING (FIN) = 19
  5. Ginger = 18
  6. Magic Science (PRO, AGG) = 17
  7. naufragar (AGG) = 16
  8. Superdeath (FIN) = 16
Current turn total maintenance
  1. Gavagai = 2
  2. BING (FIN) = 2
  3. naufragar (AGG) = 2
  4. Superdeath (FIN) = 2
  5. Magic Science (PRO, AGG) = 3
  6. pindicator (FIN) = 4
  7. Commodore (PRO) = 5
  8. Ginger = 6
Current turn maintenance-gold delta
  1. Gavagai = 23
  2. BING (FIN) = 17
  3. Commodore (PRO) = 17
  4. pindicator (FIN) = 15
  5. naufragar (AGG) = 14
  6. Superdeath (FIN) = 14
  7. Magic Science (PRO, AGG) = 14
  8. Ginger = 12
Accumulated actual science
  1. Gavagai = 683
  2. naufragar (AGG) = 611
  3. Ginger = 606
  4. Superdeath (FIN) = 601
  5. BING (FIN) = 600
  6. pindicator (FIN) = 549
  7. Magic Science (PRO, AGG) = 531
  8. Commodore (PRO) = 509
But what exactly did the players do with all those beakers. Well fear not here it is:

Food
Accumulated food towards growth
  1. Superdeath = 162
  2. BING (IMP) = 160
  3. Commodore = 153
  4. naufragar = 136
  5. Gavagai = 128
  6. Magic Science = 105
  7. pindicator (EXP) = 106
  8. Ginger (IMP, EXP) = 95
Accumulated food kept (Granaries etc.)
  1. pindicator (EXP) = 47
  2. Superdeath = 0
  3. BING (IMP) = 0
  4. Commodore = 0
  5. naufragar = 0
  6. Gavagai = 0
  7. Magic Science = 0
  8. Ginger (IMP, EXP) = 0
So thanks to EXP pindicator goes up to joined 3rd place in food.

Production
Accumulated total production
You will find the unmodified production in parenthesis if it differs. I only show relevant traits here.
  1. BING (IMP) = 512 (441)
  2. naufragar = 482 (464)
  3. pindicator (EXP) = 407 (350)
  4. Commodore = 398
  5. Superdeath = 325
  6. Ginger (IMP) = 315 (269)
  7. Gavagai = 253
  8. Magic Science = 258 (233)
Very interesting to see that Miguelito is so low in hammers compared to the others

Total whip production
  1. Superdeath = 150
  2. BING = 150
  3. pindicator = 120
  4. Commodore = 90
  5. Gavagai = 60
  6. Ginger = 60
  7. Magic Science = 30
  8. naufragar = 30
Total chop production
  1. BING = 200
  2. Commodore = 100
  3. Superdeath = 80
  4. pindicator = 80
  5. Ginger = 60
  6. naufragar = 40
  7. Magic Science = 20
  8. Gavagai = 0

With the above data in mind we can say for sure that the traits produced the following amounts of extra hammers:
EXP Granary (pindicator) = 57
IMP Settler (BING) = 71
IMP Settler (Ginger) = 46
AGG Barracks (Magic Science) = 25
AGG Barracks (naufragar) = 18

Financial Bonus

This will be rather short. Only BING made 21 extra gold most likely due to early Sailing and lighthouse with FIN

Protective Bonus
Accumulated
  1. Commodore (PRO) = 29
  2. Magic Science (PRO, AGG) = 28
  3. Superdeath (FIN) = 24
  4. pindicator (FIN) = 20
  5. Ginger = 16
  6. Gavagai = 10
  7. naufragar (AGG) = 8
  8. BING (FIN) = 0
In addition to being late to his second city Bing also settled in a way that he doesn't get trade routes even with Sailing. But him going for Lighthouse and 21 extra Commerce from FIN does balance that out so far.

Misc

I'm tracking a lot more but there is not enough information there to justify an own paragraph. Therefore a little summary here:
  • No great persons so far to no ones surprise.
I'm also tracking the labor civics and therefore can determine, when everybody switched to slavery. These are the times they did.
  1. Superdeath (SPI) = T22
  2. pindicator = T23
  3. Bing = T25
  4. Commodore (SPI) = T33
  5. Gavagai = T36
  6. Magic Science = T42
  7. naufragar (SPI) = T45
  8. Ginger = T46

Comparing traits

The main goal of all this tracking of course is to compare the economic traits related around commerce income or maintenance reduction.

Stay tuned for the T100 report.

Thanks for the numbers as usual.

I don't think you do track it, but would it be possible to get the score split into components? Land, pop, wonders, tech?

That's interesting. He hasn't planted towards either Pindicator or Commodore, so his dotmap is quite conservative (for everything that Commodore said).

I'm curious if Commodore will go for Oracle. His timing will beat Naufs. HOWEVER, Gav mentioned he wants to do some wonders and I have to imagine his timing might beat Commodores.

Gav btw has a grassland pig SW I suspect he settled for.

You'd have thought that, but any city planted for the pig inner ring would have borders visible to commodore in the above screenshot.
