Bigger doesn't have much influence on TT. TT is going to do what TT is going to do, and no one, not even TT knows what TT is going to do. TT doesn't plan so much as react. I think he just logs in each turn and says to himself "Its like a whole new game!" and depending on his mood (because he is an emotional player) he does whatever to reflect that. Thus sometimes he's aggressive, sometimes he's passive, sometimes defensive and never the same in each situation. So who knows. Maybe he attacks maybe he sits. Maybe he gets more free tech by extorting another player again. No one knows.

Cornflakes is reporting pretty well. Qgqqqqq probably only reads about 20% of the words in a thread.
