For my play times, I will always be able to send the save onwards by 0000 GMT+1 provided I've gotten it by 2000 GMT+1 (on the few times I have to work a night shift) or by 2200 GMT+1 (any other day, about 95% of the next 4 months). If Kyan is able to play the save by that time it's best that he goes before me IMO.

I will play the save between 20:00 and 00:00 ideally, with a preference for the early part I can play the early turns at around 19:00 but that will not be sustainable as I only have around 10minute play window at that time.

My regular play slot is evenings EDT. I work days two weeks/afternoons for two weeks so my best times shift from starting at 5:30 pm EDT with a 3/4 hour window afterwards to 9:30 EDT with a 2/3 hour window depending on where I'm at in my shift schedule. I can play mornings as well at least for the early game.
I don't know how that fit's with Ichabod's schedule so I don't know if it's better if he moves before me or after me.

I'd also like to point out that I've never played a BTS PBEM and if I don't get a shitty leader/civ combo, that will be my excuse for getting my ass whumped. 
(if I get a shitty leader/civ combo, I'll blame that instead. )

Regarding turn order, I have two windows in which I can play the turn: from 15:00 to 16:30 and from 21:00 to 01:00, GMT.

Yeah, I feel kind of like I am playing in an FFH pbem.

I think Kyan should go before me as I'll fair often be able to play after 0000 but also regularly not be able to play before 2300. That specific part of the turn order should be the most effective setup.

Makes sense. I admit to being a FfH convert, but couldn't miss out on this awesome script with some awesome folks. Should be a great game. I'll even update my thread (mostly)!
