[SPOILER] PB37: Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the most aggressive of them all?

Two questions:
What is the best way to make an astro beeline defendable? And What is the most boring leader civ combo in RtR?
1. An idea would be to cut naval movement of all ships at Astronomy and beyond by 1. (Except for the poor ironclad, of course.) I don't know if that stops the rush though because galleons would still be the best naval unit of the eta. The caravel bonus is probably better.
2. Has RtR done anything to change Babylon? That has always been a boring civ in my eyes. The UU is either an early archer rush or a free psuedo-CG1 promotion, and the garden bonus is very uninspired.

I could easily see 3-move galleons and frigates, 4-move transports, etc.
And Sury of Babylon

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.
Seems extreme, just makes Optics the beeline target.

Well, any change that is based around making as few individual changes as possible, is always going to be comprised of extreme changes.
The only other options I see are things like putting the privateer at Paper and Optics |
