Im in a turn split, 2nd half. Timer would run out before i wake up to play before dashing off to work at 6am. This may continue for awhile. I apologize.

Im going to extend the timer for this turn a couple hours so that i dont have to set an alarm on my day off to wake up and play the turn. Apologies. Sleep > PYFT hate

Paused for GKC since turn timer has jumped around a little recently.

Edit: if he doesn't show up soon would a lurker be able to play?

I found a password in-thread, so lurker play should be possible, however he hasn't posted since mid-Dec, so it would essentially be reactive.

I might be able to get to it in 6-8hrs time, but my availability this evening is a bit uncertain.

Smartphone: get email notifications from PBSPY, setup notifications for mail app on your smartphone. $$$, or just be on your phone all the time looking for when you can play a turn like i do >.>

You can forward emails to SMS, the exact email address varies by carrier but something like PhoneNumber@carrier.com ... use a mail filter to forward only emails you are interested in (like all emails from PBSpy, or keywords like “new turn” + “pitboss”)

I use a rule to sort civstats emails into a different folder, which triggers a different notification sound.
