Sorry for that delay, turn played and sent. Was out most of yesterday and only got back early hours of this morning. Managed to play PB80 on instinct but couldn't play this turn until after a nap.

Hey, Krill, since you now own Bombay can you help me settle a question? Can you confirm that the game would allow you to place Mausoleum at Halicarnassus north of Bombay's harbor? Unless you've already got that built somewhere.
I just don't want to spin up a whole new SP game to confirm that MaH can be placed next to a lake.
