We got a great artist in JD. For the lurkers: getting a GP out of that mediocre city wouldn't have been doable without mercantilism.
Plako took a city from Xenu. BGN is attacking in all directions, he took Liverpool from England and is almost done conquering Caledorn.

I...think I can. I can't play tomorrow, but I don't think I will need to, so I can play Saturday and Monday with no concerns. You want to play the turn tonight to make sure the great people work out? On that note, is there any MM I need to be aware of for that issue?

I can play the turn tonight if we've decided on the macro. Adopt FM, stay in Rep, tech meditation, push culture in PE. Is that it?

Turn 154 played, last turn of golden age, and we adopted Free market, which netted us +300gpt and -100bpt compared to mercantilism.
Cuddlefish needs 44 gpp after this turn to finish off its GP. That's three turns at break even food (the food box will be empty), so GA could be started on T158. Hence I vote for working 17 scientists on T155 instead, starving down one size from 17 to 16.
Our cities now max out the #cities maintenance at 6gpt when they reach size 10. Spamming new cities where possible is a no-brainer either way with Free Market, so it's a Mute Point. As is the name of our newest city.

Got a GS from FR. The only two plans I can think of are to suck up the usage of one GA for a GA, or to delay the GS from Cf and instead get the GM@100% from MG eot T159 and then trigger the GA. It's trivial to do the latter and I want GA as a threat against dtay, so I think we should delay for MG. The delay in the GA will not affect the eta to Nationalism much, we make break even 775bpt.
We can get Drama in 1 turn from overflow. I'm taking it because if we are going to push to draft everything into the ground as a threat to dtay, then globe is not a bad investment, even if rifle drafting is nerfed. it costs 517 adjusted but should cut off about 200 from Philo so at that price I want it. Globe goes into MG if we want safety, or DS if you want to go balls out. Both would need workshops pronto. I prefer MG.
