Lobo got a 6 point score increase last turn, which means he didn't go BW or religion first. He was making between 9 and 10 base commerce a turn, which is 10 or 11 beakers per turn. He could just have researched Agri, if I have that right, or researched a cheap tech and have invested some beakers into a second tech. But that means the only possible techs to have researched are:
  • Fishing
  • Wheel
  • Agri
  • Hunting

Wheel is a dumb tech to research first, I can't really see any reason, Fishing doesn't make sense as I think this is an all land map, Hunting is possible, but given that he has a corn SE of his capital I think Agri makes the most sense. And why go Agri if you aren't going worker first? Warrior rush time...

From Lobo. I won't be replying until the turn rolls, and I only have to wait for Kyan and Morgan to end turn before I can attack...

Can someone help me figure out this double move rule please?

(e) - Upon declaring war, no unit may be moved until 12 hours (in-game) have passed from the unit's last movement AND the attacker has to have (secretly) followed the turn split rule the turn before the declaration of war if they wish to be able to move first during the war.

My understanding is that I can still move last and request the first part of the turn as the rules are written. It's still a double move, but that issue was raised and people still chose this interpretation...

lol What a double move rule again, if it can be interpreted like this. My view is that you choose your side of the timer when you attack, but I might be way off. Nevertheless double moving would be against (d) so I wouldn'r do it.
