Is the game still down? It gets stuck forever at "Connected to host" but never brings up the leader selection screen.

Civstats is also still down (is that still intentional or do we know now that the crashes were caused by spaceship launch?)

And yes, Civstats gets taken down about 50% of the time when CIV crashes.
