I'm unexpectedly taking over for Cal's civ for a little while. I'm ded-lurking his team so there are no spoiler issues. I'm playing the turn in just a moment to let it roll.
Edit: A new turn is up.

To clarify here as well, one of my brothers have passed away, so I really need to take care of myself and my family now.
Thank you very much for doing the sub job, BGN. I appreciate it a lot.
As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master. - Commissioner Pravin Lal, "U.N. Declaration of Rights"

My condolences to you, Caledorn.
I repaused because Dreylin paused, though I wasn't sure pauses without notice were required.

My logic was that it's early in the game, which is a bad time to be missing a turn, and that there's a change of personnel going on that might mean the incomer isn't fully plugged-in to the turn schedule and civstats, etc.

I'm not sure how much time would have been left on the clock without the pause, so thanks. I've been unexpectedly working for the last four hours but the situation has resolved now, finally. Turn played, new turn is up.
