Actually there's a comma that shouldn't be there. And of course despite removing the quotes, the quote has, well, quotes.

So any reasonable person would think that something like "%_,#\"-" would easily extract to the original quote.

As long as you put one of those dos inverted smiley faces in there somewhere.
