[SPOILERS] Alignment unknown

Just got an idea to convert to God King that would give me a quite a bit faster tower. I should have realised this earlier. Ocells that I've been preparing for the task for a long time has Summer Palace . I can't move Palace there. Economically that would have been hilarious. That civic would have been very expensive to me. Well I should be able to land Tower of Mastery in ~10T after I start it. I hope that is fast enough.

I'll postpone Rites for a turn to maximise my overflow hammers and also get another turn of pillaging since I'll ask peace from HidingKneel a turn before completing it.

Ilios still has the save so few details concerning the plan. Shots are taken after I played my last turn.

Miro builds Rites of Oghma. I'll delay finishing it for 1 turn so it will land in 3T. Ignore silly tiles worked. I've given up detailed MM long time ago. Creating puppets and casting spells is just way too much work to concentrate on anything else .


Ocells will build Tower's of Alteration and Mastery. I've 3 Great Persons spared for Golden Age so it will be able to land over 100 hammers/turn. I've 3 almost fully built buildings there. I should get 167 hammers overflow when finishing Alchemy Lab in 3T. I'll use 1 slave here and cash rush Tower of Alteration (I think I can only use 1 slave at time). Assuming ~105 hammers/turn while running golden age. I should get ~270 hammers overflow towards tower of Mastery and 10-11T should be enough to finish the remaining 1070 hammers. This all is based on hope that I've 3 nodes available at that turn. If not then I'll probably end up being in big trouble. I'll need to have a settler prepared and spread my adepts around so that I can have best shot at getting the needed nodes improved.


HidingKneel has got 2 Prophets. He can't finish Altar sooner than I'm getting Tower. However his effort may give me a chance for peace that I'm about to offer when I'm 1T from completing the Rites of Oghma. and forget to dispand couple of Spectres as you see them west from Avelorn (yeah-too many things to do ).



Ilios has very strong economy and army and still his powerful world spell. He has 2 big stacks of which I did see this one this turn. Other one is almost certainly somewhere in the fog near Dagon that also has Mary Morbus in it.


His best shot at stopping me is probably capture Argenteria fire his world spell and try to capture my capital from there (It has tower of Divination - It was terrible idea to spread towers like this). I'll probably scorch the tiles south from Argenteria



Pretty much all of my cities are building military. Longbows where they're available, adepts, Freaks and some Chariots are also in the mix. In the beginnig of the Golden Age I'll convert to max money civics and build/upgrade/cash rush/draft military only.

Ilios has biggest army. If I would have all my summons alive I'm not far from his power.

Ilios is playing well, but I think he has expanded way too cautiously.

This game has had a pretty decent turn pace, but now it seems that Ilios is having trouble to play it regularily. Frustrating since this game will be over within 15T one way or the other (at least for me ).

Ilios keeping the save over 3 days just because his bored, feels a bit selfish. Can't say anything publicly though, since that would unnescessarily put a target on me and e.g. HidingKneel might decline my peace offer. At least it should get lot more intresting after this turn. Rites of Oghma is also finishing at the end of turn.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use more than one slave...and yes, slaves are just great engineers except for very few hammers.

There seems to be a limit of using one of them per build or per turn. Not sure where it comes.

Things going as planned. HidingKneel accepted peace and Rites of Oghma gave me 4 mana nodes. Ilios and Lanun got 1 and there is 1 at neutral territory between HidingKneel and Ilios so couldn't ask for more from this Ritual.

Almost forget I also finally got a trait change last turn. I'm now Cha/Cre/Org. Not that great at this point and I lost Industrious so cash rushing Tower of Alteration will be quite a bit more expensive than before this. Cha is useful though and Org saves some coins so in the end this is ok.

Tower of Alteration. Should be 9-10T before I can finish tower of Mastery (Not really counted). I rush played 1 turn the other day and accidentally built Alchemy lab before Infirmary so not max overflow .

edit. And now when I look at the city I should be working something else than windmill hill. There are e.g. workshops in the north and also horses availbale. I hope I remember to change next turn. Tiny bit frustrating. There aren't enough hours to do everything even close to perfect. There are numerous errors made every turn. I'm just hoping none of them is a fatal one.

I'm just too big having too few towns to make Republic better than City States. I've learnt to respect City States in this game. It has been a very good civi choice for me.

I might finish Feral Bond just to upgrade some of my hunters to Harlequins. They might become useful in case Ilios launches his world spell and captures my city and hides there. After that I don't think there is anything that would get useful in the next 10T period.

Ilios has been collecting heroes. After Mary Morbus he picked also Werewolf Baron. Now he also built Catacomb Librarus.

I still enjoy this, but there are probably too many that don't have a chance and even the ones having them are bored.
