Having connection issues am unable to log in properly - stuck on “finishing” right before game loads in.

This is a Pb44 issue only. I was able to log into 45

Usually happens when multiple players try to log in at the same time. Usually restarting Civ whilst holding shift to clear cache fixes the issue, might have to restart the PC.
